So take a journey with me to a better you.  That starts with you recording general information about physical factors such as weight, height, and age, as well as experiential information such as lifestyle, goals, and obstacles. That will give an understanding of what hampers and motivates you. SiMB is an acronym for spirit, individual, mind, body and at Caribsa Fitness we see all of you as implicit in taking that journey to a healthier you.

A short questionnaire will highlight your likes, aversions, strengths and fragilities. A personal exercise and food programme will be devised implemented and revisited throughout. You will have the option to work with a personal trainer or complete an online exercise programme. Setting short and long terms goals are part of the component in achieving lasting transformation therefore you will have the ability to document your journey. You will also have access to a support system and daily motivational notifications.
