Caribsa Fitness SiMB is a weight management programme like no other. The plan was developed with reference to scientific data that ascribes an emotional and chemical component to all habits, which includes exercise and diet. SiMB is an acronym for spirit individual mind body and denotes the holistic application of information incorporated in the programme.

The CARIBSA FITNESS SiMB PROGRAMME will help you combine diet, exercise and mindfulness in a holist manner bringing you lasting results. The programme is tailored to your specific needs, as you get to know your underlying motivations, barriers and beliefs by answering a short questionnaire. This will result in you becoming more aware and in control of your food consumption and the patterns and habits that influence them, allowing you to stick to a consistent and regular workout and lifelong eating habits.

Coupled with a psychological approach to food Caribsa’s SiMB Course help you understand how emotions and brain chemistry combine to trigger decision making which in turn influences eating and exercise patterns. The result is you will become more aware and in control of your food consumption and exercise habits, by learning the proclivities and modes that influence them.
